T481 Communication System
Done every Sunday Night

Scoutmaster (SM):
Call Senior Patrol Leader by 6:00 pm on Sunday. Send out Troop email agenda to all scouts and parents by 6:00 pm.

Senior Patrol Leader (SPL):
Call the Assistant Senior Patrol Leader by 6:30:00 pm on Sunday.
If the Scoutmaster does not call the Senior Patrol Leader by 6:00 pm on Sunday he should call the Scoutmaster.

Assistant Senior Patrol Leader (ASPL):
Call the Patrol Leaders by 7:00 pm on Sunday

Patrol Leaders (PL):
Call their patrol members by 8:00 pm on Sunday.
If the Senior Patrol Leader does not call the Patrol Leaders members by 7:00 pm they should call the Senior Patrol Leader.

Patrol Members:
If you do not get a call from your Patrol Leader by 8:00 pm on Sunday, you should call your Patrol Leader.  If you cannot find your Patrol Leader, call the Senior Patrol Leader.

ALL:
This is how the communication system works.  The key thing to remember is that the phone works both ways; so if you do not get a phone call, call you patrol leader or SPL.
